Using a Mac? Use the "Fine" print quality setting for stencils.
If you're using a Mac device, make sure you change your print setting to "Fine" whenever you print a stencil. This is done on the screen the pops up whenever you print your design. Just scroll down to "Print" quality, and change the setting.

Easy ink installation with Epson OEM bottles
Through our partnership with Epson, the PS-M1000 comes with an OEM EcoFit bottle. These bottles are keyed and lock into the printer's slot for easy ink filling in the printers EcoTank. Just open the compartment on the edge of the printer, and slide the bottle into place. Do not squeeze the bottle once it is inserted.

Q: Is there a way to make the stencil print heavier?
A: Yes, the print quality can be changed. Go to pages 48-49 of the user guide to get step-by-step instructions on how to change the print quality.
Q: Are there print drivers for the PS-M1000?
A: TROY leverages native Epson print drivers and utilities, which you can access directly from Epson. Visit Epson's website here.
Q: The printer keeps grabbing multiple sheets.
A: We advise to only load in one sheet at a time when printing stencils to decrease the risk of paper jams.
Q: How long does it take for the ink to dry on skin?
A: We recommend to let ink to dry for around 15 seconds before tattooing.
Q: Can I use any brand of stencil paper?
A: The stencil paper should be inkjet stencil paper. If it is not, the transfer may not take.
Q: Can I use any brand of stencil ink?
A: We advise only using TROY ink once the printer is set up.
